Highlighted below are some of our most frequently asked questions for Convention 2018!

  • What time should I arrive?

    The Youngevity 2018 Convention runs from Thursday, August 23 through Saturday, August 25. Please plan to be there by Thursday morning and stay through Saturday night so you don’t miss out on any of the fun!

  • When is the Be The Change outreach happening and what’s planned?

    The Be The Change 5K Event will be happening on Saturday, August 25th on the Hilton Bayfront Lawn. Everyone is encouraged to attend and participate! There will be numerous ways to Give Back onsite, including registering to walk or run in our 5K! All net proceeds benefit our three charity partners. To learn more and to register, click here.

  • Will meals be provided?

    No, at this time, you must purchase your own meals. However, we’ve provided ample time between activities for all attendees to enjoy their meals. There are six different food venues on-site at the Hilton Bayfront and numerous options within walking distance of the hotel in downtown San Diego!

  • Will there be an Essential Oils workshop?

    Yes, there will be a FREE Essential Oils workshop on Thursday morning at 9:00AM – 10:30AM in Indigo 204.  Join Leiann King and Brenda Wright for 90 minutes of rapid fire demonstrations of dozens of ways to use your essential oils in practical, simple and fun ways!

  • How can I book my hotel?

    As of 7/28/2018, we can no longer guarantee rooms at our discounted price  and will only be able to offer the Best Available Rate at the time of booking. Any reservations made will need to be booked outside of our special room block and website through Hilton.com or by calling 1-800-HILTONS.

  • What is our group rate?

    The group rate is $229+tax/night.  This is a very favorable rate for San Diego.

  • Where is the event taking place?

    The event will be at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront so we highly suggest you book your room at that hotel.

  • I’m trying to book my hotel room and the hotel is showing sold out, are we sold out?

  • To save cost, I want to share a room with my team. Can multiple people stay in one room?

    Yes! As part of our negotiated rates, you’re allowed to have up to four adults in one room at NO ADDITIONAL COST!

  • What is the hotel cancellation policy?

    You will be required to provide a credit card to guarantee your reservation. This card will not be charged at the time the reservation is made, it is simply to hold your room.  Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will be charged one night’s room and tax.  Once checked in, any reservation that departs prior to the scheduled departure date will be subject to a $75.00 early departure fee.

  • Will there be office tours of Youngevity Corporate available during Convention week?

    Yes. We will host special by-invitation only office tours for Circle of Honor achievers. Plus, there’s still an opportunity for others to visit our home office while they’re in town! We’ll be offering our normal tours on Monday & Tuesday the week of Convention and the week after from 9:00AM – 4:00PM. You can email our Qualifications department at Qualifications@youngevity.com to sign-up and reserve your spot.
