Highlighted below are some of our most frequently asked questions for Convention 2018!

  • What time should I arrive?

    The Youngevity 2018 Convention runs from Thursday, August 23 through Saturday, August 25. Please plan to be there by Thursday morning and stay through Saturday night so you don’t miss out on any of the fun!

  • When is the Be The Change outreach happening and what’s planned?

    The Be The Change outreach event is still TBD, but if you plan to arrive by the dates listed above (Thursday morning, August 23), you will be able to participate in the outreach.

  • Will meals be provided?

    No, at this time, you must purchase your own meals. However, we’ve provided ample time between activities for all attendees to enjoy their meals. There are six different food venues on-site at the Hilton Bayfront and numerous options within walking distance of the hotel in downtown San Diego!

  • Will there be an Essential Oils workshop?

    That’s still TBD at this time, but IF there is, we’ll make sure it happens during the official Convention dates to avoid any additional cost or travel.

    Official Convention dates are: Thursday, August 23 – Saturday, August 25.

  • How can I book my hotel?

    Book your room at the San Diego Hilton Bayfront with just a few clicks! Visit the hotel reservation signup page to make your reservation!

  • What is our group rate?

    The group rate is $229+tax/night.  This is a very favorable rate for San Diego.

  • Where is the event taking place?

    The event will be at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront so we highly suggest you book your room at that hotel.

  • I’m trying to book my hotel room and the hotel is showing sold out, are we sold out?

    We have plenty of rooms in our room block still available for our Convention. You may also be looking to come in a little early or stay a little later. We will ensure the hotel gets you taken care of, just provide customer service the dates you are looking to book and we will get you in touch with hotel reservations.

  • To save cost, I want to share a room with my team. Can multiple people stay in one room?

    Yes! As part of our negotiated rates, you’re allowed to have up to four adults in one room at NO ADDITIONAL COST!

  • What is the hotel cancellation policy?

    You will be required to provide a credit card to guarantee your reservation. This card will not be charged at the time the reservation is made, it is simply to hold your room.  Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will be charged one night’s room and tax.  Once checked in, any reservation that departs prior to the scheduled departure date will be subject to a $75.00 early departure fee.
